What is Utsava?
Utsava is event management software for event planners, agencies and teams. It brings tasks, guest lists and RSVPs, budgets, vendors and schedules for weddings, corporate events, birthdays and cultural celebrations into one shared online workspace. Teams use it to see what is done, what is next and what each event costs, from the first idea to the day itself.
Who is Utsava for?
Utsava is built for wedding planners, event agencies, corporate event teams, cultural and dance academies, and families who plan celebrations together. If more than one person touches the plan, or you run more than one event at a time, it keeps everyone on the same page.
How do I manage wedding RSVPs online?
Add each guest or household to your guest list in Utsava and send them their own private RSVP link by WhatsApp, SMS or email. Guests open it in any phone browser, say whether they are joining, choose how many people are coming and add dietary needs. Every reply lands on your list instantly, and you can check guests in on the day from the same list.
How do I track an event budget and vendor payments?
Set planned amounts by category, such as venue, catering or decor, and record what has been paid. When you choose a vendor's quote in Utsava, it becomes the planned amount for that service, and marking it paid updates what you've spent, so planned, paid and still-to-pay are always current.
Can I manage several events and clients at once?
Yes. Utsava's Celebrations, Calendar, Tasks and Budget views show every event side by side, with filters by status, occasion, owner and priority, so you always know what's due next across all your clients.
Can I control what each team member sees?
Yes. Use the built-in owner, admin, editor and viewer roles, or create your own, like Manager or Coordinator, and tick exactly which modules each role can open. New members verify their email before they get access, and you can change a role or remove access at any time.
Do my guests need an account or an app?
No. Every guest or household gets a private RSVP link that opens in any phone browser. No download and no sign-up are needed.
How long does it take to get started?

Is our event data private?
Each workspace is separate, and only people you invite can open it. Vendors only ever see the brief you choose to share, never your guest list, budget or private notes.
